Profil Nutrisi dan Fraksi Serat Pakan Silase Komplit Berbahan Ampas Tebu dengan Penambahan Legume Indigofera dan Molases

Ampas tebu memiliki komponen serat yang tinggi sehingga perlu adanya perbaikan nutrisi dengan penambahan legume indigofera diolah menggunakan teknik silase. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis profil dan fraksi ampas disilase molases. Penelitian Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Pola Faktorial (3x2) 3 ulangan. Faktor A terdiri dari: A1 = 100 % tebu; A2 75 + 25 indigofera; A3 50 indigofera, selanjutnya faktor B B0 5 molases; B1 10 Parameter diamati meliputi kandungan nutrient silase (bahan kering, protein kasar, lemak abu Bahan Ekstrak Tanpa Nitrogen) serta meliput (NDF ADF) %. Hasil menunjukkan tidak terdapat interaksi (P>0.05) antara proporsi bahan molases terhadap parameter Nitrogen, NDF, %, tetapi perlakuan berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) abu, NDF ADF . Proporsi berbahan menghasilkan nilai kasar tertinggi terendah dibandingkan kombinasi lainnya. Selanjutnya hingga pada proses belum memperlihatkan kemampuan memperbaiki kualitas secara keseluruhan.
